Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping (Bahrain) 

We offer delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain in partnership with Aramex. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping 

We ship internationally via Aramex. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any landing costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes applicable in your country upon receipt of your order.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges — Shipping 

To return a product, please send it to our address above. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over BHD 30. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at +973 66674433 so we can open an investigation with our shipping partner.
